Coach McGraw also gives you multiple quick-hitting options in the Princeton offense through white board diagrams and breakdown drills.
Fast Break
You'll get four different practice drills to refine your fast break offense. These drills use timed goals to demand that your players strive for perfection at a rapid pace. Your athletes will improve their ability to make quick outlets, throw accurate advance passes, and finish with consistency on transition layups.
This practice also includes quick-hitting actions within Notre Dame's transition offense through a 4-on-4 breakdown drill. You'll see how to play through several options in pistol action, drag ball screens, and high-low post feeds. The "Short Long" full court drill is a great way to get your players a ton of repetitions for pull-up jump shots in transition.
McGraw's Version of the Princeton Offense
Coach McGraw breaks down her adaptation of the Princeton offense to show you three options that deliver multiple scoring opportunities. These actions create backdoor looks and open jump shots off of different screens. You will also learn how each option flows into ball screens and high-low action for your post players.
The practice session also shows how you can focus on the details of each play in game-like situations through 3-on-3 breakdown drills. If you want to see how one of the top offenses in women's college basketball is built behind the scenes, this is the opportunity you've been looking for!
